Her name is Ruth.
The name Ruth means compassion. And that is the epitome of what my roommate is. She took me in when I didn't have any where else to go. And she lets me stay even when I am not worthy of the favor.
She works so hard helping others that she forgets to take care of her self. If she isn't working at her full time job (where she is unfairly under appreciated), she is at Granger Commons rocking Facility Care. And when she isn't doing that she is around town doing odd jobs for anyone who could use her help. She has a knack for organization. But she has a gift as an amazing gardener. From April to November our front yard is surrounded by beautiful blooms and greenery. It's amazing. And if she knows you need help with your own yard/flower bed, she will be there bright and early to get the job done. But that is not all...She also serves tirelessly at GCC, too. Everyone can count on Ruth (not just her close friends).
Every morning I thank God for the person that she is and that He put her in my life. And I would be happy if some day I was 1/2 the woman that she is.
Today I will focus no Ruth Hunt. For she is noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and definitely praiseworthy.
